The enhanced 10X M Plan Apo Wide Field Objective is engineered for precision optical inspection, delivering uniform image quality across a wide field of view and supporting larger 30 mm image sensors. Designed with a 0.28 numerical aperture, it enables resolution down to 1 µm while maintaining a generous 34 mm working distance. The optimized flat‑field design delivers superior uniform resolution and contrast from center to edge, avoiding typical corner softening seen with standard 24 mm optimized optics.
Built on the industry-standard 95 mm parfocal length and featuring an infinity-corrected design, the 10X M Plan Apo Wide Field Objective integrates easily into existing systems, including the Optem FUSION micro-inspection platform. The result is increased throughput, consistent image quality and reliable imaging performance for semiconductor backend processes, electronics inspection and advanced research applications.
