LMPG has announced the appointments of Adrian Howitt as Vice President and General Manager of Fluxwerx Illuminations and Brian Maite as Vice President and General Manager of ALW (Architectural Lighting Works). These changes will ensure hyper-sales-centric leadership across both brands while deepening LMPG’s commitment to its Centre of Manufacturing Excellence (CME) strategy.

Adrian and Brian bring a combined 60+ years industry experience in the lighting industry and a deep understanding of what matters most to specifiers and agents—product integrity, ease of doing business, and design-driven solutions delivered consistently and with care. They will strengthen relationships, drive brand-specific strategies, and ensure we meet and exceed the expectations of our specifier and sales agent partners.

“Adrian and Brian bring the kind of leadership that drives transformation. Their appointments mark an important step in our journey to empower each brand to lead with clarity, creativity, and customer focus. As we advance our CME strategy, we are building an ecosystem where innovation thrives, execution is precise, and our specifiers and agents are supported like never before.” said Peter Timotheatos, President & CEO, LMPG.

These appointments support LMPG’s broader Centre of Manufacturing Excellence (CME) strategy, which separates brand leadership from manufacturing operations to allow each group to focus on what they do best. By enabling brands to dedicate more energy to product innovation and customer experience, and CMEs to focus on operational execution and delivery, LMPG is reinforcing its commitment to performance, quality, and accountability—while allowing each brand to maintain their unique identity and market position.
